Karen Hill is an accomplished Human Resources executive who focuses first on the business holistically and then develops aligned people strategies that produce positive results.  She is a strategic business partner with a track record of successfully collaborating with senior leadership to develop and evolve cultures that improve employee engagement.  Her cultural shift work has resulted in improved organizational communication, recasting of the Human Resources function as part of the executive team, and increased productivity.

A creative problem solver and coach who leverages professional integrity, Karen quickly builds trust and influences new ways of leading.  Her expertise in design and delivery of unique solutions to transform cultures, from the boardroom to frontline teams, has consistently produced quantifiable results.  She has a keen understanding of the power of technology to engage employees and improve productivity.
